I haven't tried the Hoen Xenonmatch plus bulbs yet, but I've been running Nokya H11's that pull nearly 75 measured watts since August with no problems at all. See my bulb test page for specific information at: http://www.angelfire.com/ky3/gabby/bulb_test.htm

If you are still concerned you can always use a pair of Hoen's heavy duty connectors. http://www.hoen-usa.com/connector.htm

Here is a reply from hoen about a lighting upgrade for Gen 2

Thats correct Mike, we suggest the H11 xenonmatch Titanium which does not require connector upgrades nor will it overtax the system. 80w is fine with the projectors but we recommend a connector upgrade.
The Vi is well suited for the projectors however it will not be shipping for a month. It is 6% less bright as our xenonmatch line so if your looking for the most powerful the xenonmatch line is the brightest.

Thanks
Andreas

Subject: 2005 Toyota Camry Solara SLE V6 Convertible- Suggestions for lighting upgrade?

Hello

My name is Michael and I am interested with your suggestions in upgrading my stock lighting, especially the low beams.

I believe they are H11 and they employ the new projector system.

I am asking you directly because of my concerns with overloading the wiring and/or projector housing with excessive heat.

Your new system coming at the end of november (xenonmatch Vi 7) looks interesting. How much of an improvement over the
toyota low beams will be provided by these new bulbs?

Thank You
