Cross-drilling rotors primarily aids in increasing heat dissapation. The main benefit being reduced brake fading after repeated stops. Slotting primarily helps improve wet (rain) rotor performance.
I would agree that larger piston brake calipers, better pads and larger diameter rotors are the most important factors in decreasing stopping distance.

i think ppl just get that thing for "looking nice..."
i think factory's breaking system is pretty good already...
just the tires r very mess up.. -_-;;;
can't grab the ground very much...
