TRENZ GRILLES...here's the deal

MCOjerry wrote:I like the way these grilles look. the only thing I wish you could do would be to leave the Toyota emblem on.

I know most of you guys want to take yours off (I don't know why), but I like the way it looks...

I think these would look nice up against my silver...of course, I don't mind the stock grill...I just don't know why Toyota left the big GAPING hole on the lower part of the bumper. Why didn't they put a matching grill there? I would look so much cleaner.

Not sure how the emblem would look on the billet, but thought about it too. Will try to see what it looks like and if it can be done...if so I'll post pics.

Hey I give you props for doing this true its not the best as listed above cuz you still got to spend more money to get a discount, but these grills look good!

Thanks, I appreciate it. If you look at other posting (TRENZ GROUP BUY) you will see my point that I haven't gotten across very well...even w/shipping, the price is lower than others on the net (at least anyone I could find). So even at that, it's a better deal (by about $30 per set). But then you add in that the shipping is issued back to you as a credit, which means you purchase more items for less than if you bought just the grilles from somewhere else. The only way this deal would be better is if it was free shipping instead of credit....

Personally I think these are hot:

I don't like those...they are ugly. They look kinda cheap and they're bent, which is indicative of poor materials. Plus, there's no border, so the lines just look like they are floating...yuck. Oh, and they are too thin.

IMO the grilles on the white car look better. The other ones look unfinished and cheap. JMO...

This type of grille needs the outter border. Look at the lower grille, the lines are uneven at the ends and the upper grill looks bent...probably because the are thin and cheap. Again...JMO

Trust me, for some reason the pics come out like that but it is not like that in person. But again, both of these grills are hot , IMO

I have the one's like Posh's pic. I like them better than the Trenz. The Trenz is too much IMO, too chromy and big. The frameless billet is slightly more subtle. If it came in brushed instead of polished it would be hott as hell. I think I paid 170 or something. I'll try to find the site, it's on here somewhere.

Well, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. After looking at the new sets of pics just posted, I still think the Trenz grilles are nicer. They look classy and complete. The others look like someone forgot to finish them.

Got mine and when you pull them out of the box, you understand. Solid, high quality.
No buyer's remorse here. The frameless look good too but I'm hoping mine will
match up with the curve of the hood better at the top row. Pics when I get them in.
Shouldn't be long.

Oh... and the dude totally gets it.
dude wrote:the trd exhaust was pricey too but you do get quality that is unmatched at ANY price.
the cp-e intake is pricey as well, but from it's specs/perfomance and testimonials it also is unmatched.
