Tein springs for 2004+ Solara 2.4L I4 will give you -1.9" Front and -2" Rear will fit if you keep your wheel width/offset similar to stock use 8" width +40 offset to compare with. the overall tire diameter has to be similar to stock one too....normal stuff you know.

There are tools to calculated it quickly.

Stock 16" with Tein STech springs will fit.
