Tell him to drop the price a bit and just make lips for the front.

Regardless... pending style, I'm in.

Oh yeah... not to pile on the requirements but the grill openings have to stay the same.

i agree with Down2TheC....if they make just the lips with a good price i think more ppl would buy it than a whole kit for $1k. If they want to make the whole kit, maybe an option to buy each parts separately?

a whole 8 pages was discused about this once nothing ever happened.

http://www.solaraguy.org/viewtopic.php? ... highlight=

I dont mean to take a personal shot at the guy that started this thread but he has 16 posts in about 10 days and has a pic of a car in his avatar thats not a solara.

He /she would have to come up with some hard evidence to make me a believer.

well i tell you what, you dont have to be a believer, i am not forcing you, and i am sure as hell not promising that this is going to be a quick process. as for my avatar, i like the aston martin better than my solara :P

basiclly i will only say this once.... i am a 19 year old business owner who is still in college.... i own a car rental store and i have customized all 7 cars i have already owned. this must sound very hard for everyone to believe as there is really no proof on the net of who i am and my claims sound far fetched but all i can say is that if you want a kit..... and there are none that please you, then you got to do it yourself, personally, i love my kit, but i am a business man who loves cars and making money. so it is in my nature to do something like this, plus, i love my car and meeting new people....

so.... you can either trust me and cooperate and try and make this a reality or you can just take up empty space on the forum and bring everyone down.

by no means am i trying to take a shot at anyone in my statement, i am a friendly guy and i just felt that as a new member i should let you know i am a no nonsense kinda guy about business

if you still want to contribute ideas to OUR kit send ur ideas in writing or by pic to my email sjbudget@sbcglobal.net

have a good one guys

Depending ont he material and price (and design!), I'm interested. With PXL's master skills, I know they'll turn out great! And does anyone have an SLE front bumper by chance? I really like the look, but I can't find a silver one anywhere here (maybe I suck at part finds?)!

Oh and Turbosolara I like your sig :) Made me  all over!

Alright! Keep us updated, your work will be worthwhile.

It's not easy making something new, is it? I found that out with the calendars, but it's going to be so much easier for next year's. Good luck and thanks for embarking on this project!
