Eddie replied to my PM and he is ordering a set (of 4) plus a spare for me. The total amount for 5 wheels is $560 shipped.

No, you guys are missing the bid for the same rims as a FOUR set with shipping set at $99 and bidding NR from $1.

It's up around $100 bid now, so the 4 are about $200 to your door.

(I shudda kept my mouth shut....)

IF the guy has 64 of them and sold 8, and on the other he only sold 4 or so, then I wouldn't think they're flying out the door like hotcakes. I saw the new style Rims on a camry today the upgrade on the sticker was 2,000.00 bucks. Those are really nice. Get cause you like 'em not because they're cheap... I'm reading that the sensors might not work with these??

Frankly, I've never needed sensors for tire pressure in nearly a million miles of driving. I CHECK my tire pressures, and maintain most other aspects of my car myself as well.... as I suspect many of you do. (should) Personally, I LIKE the TRD 18" rim enough to pay a discounted price for them... I see there are "plenty", but things like this can disappear in another BATCH BUY again, and we might not get a shot... Obviously, this place is trying several different angles to move them.... I think Eddie's $450 shipped price puts the market perspective on these rims and price. If 450 is reasonable to the buyer, and the rims are pretty decent quality, it's down to taste. I don't like the CHROME one's, but the painted aluminum are pretty sharp. (I don't wan't to look TOO BLING BLING with my stuff.... I like it "clean" and "basic"....

Anyway.... I'm still thinking of trying them out.... I think they'll go well with Mike "T"s grill on my gen 2 cosmic blue.... (I'd REALLY like to take out the front reflectors in the headlight assemblies.... Jeff did a nice job on that...)

Forget pressure monitoring..Without the sensors that warning light may be on all the time..
