Definetely get the Mobil 1 synthetic grease. Mine would make noise in the morning, very annoying. I bought the Mobil 1 grease (it reddish in color), bam!, no more noise. I put as much grease as I could on that bad boy. Inside the bushings, and anywhere that metal met metal.

hmm..... do i have to take off the sway bar in order to regrease it? cuz id REALLY like to avoid doing that. thanks

Yup, that is what I had to do. It's either that or live with the noise.
