gen2.5 headlight capsules

does anyone know if the gen 2 and the gen 2.5 capsules are interchangeable? I was looking for an easy route instead of
changing my projector.

any other suggestions welcome..

That depends, are you looking to put in HIDs?

The Gen 2 and 2.5 use the same bulb for the halogen (H11) option, but the 2.5 has different bulbs for HID (D4S)

capsules is what they refer to it as on trdparts4u...

i have the h11 HID and not happy with the light spread...
and so now im wondering if the gen 2.5 will bolt on
and they have the HID projectors too..

Uh, correct me if I'm wrong but there is no such thing as H11 HIDs. You either have H11 filament bulbs or non-filament HID bulbs.

oops.. h11 mount? plug and play h11 kit.

cool...think i might have to go junkyard hoppin this weekend!
and does it matter if it is a sport or not?

btw I have a gen 2 Sport.

usually the sport and sle 2.5 models have the HIDs
but fitment wise ist all the same
