uhh i know you can go buy a shifter knob at like auto zone or off the internet and they all have kits to make them fit... (im talking about automatics tho i dunno about the manual shifter knobs) they just unscrew... i believe the size is 8mm (that's the width of the shifter stem at least)

As far as a Lexus knob fitting. I'm not sure but i would lean more towards it fitting rather than not.
