'04&'07 interchangeability

is it possible to some parts from 07 to 04, Im intresting in
- front bumper
- rear lights
- gauge

front bumper im pretty sure it will fit without problems

taillights will fit with modifications since the reverse light is in the rear bumper

gauge cluster im not sure of.

You mean they will fit if Ill install them i pair with rear bumper + rear ligts mounted in it?!

Tail light upgrade is documented in the tutorial section. I would think bumber should be close... but ick! And you'd be blazing a new trail with the guage swap. Chances are it would be pug and play since the changes are merely cosmetic. If you could get a look at the EWD for both years, you could check the harness connections to be sure.
