well, to indirectly answer your question, I've tried Luminics JDM yellow bulbs, and YES, it really looks yellow. They seem to be a good brand. I imagine same thing applies to the 6000k bulbs. By the way, you know 6000k means white with a blue tint right? not blue blue?...

I know that luminicz bulbz aren't HID bulbz
just bulbz with blue tints or paints
And usually for yellow onez it really comes out yellow
but blue onez are rare~
cuz whenever i try the ones that sayz it will look blue alwayz comes out white

so~ my question is~ does it really look blue?
as in blue? not white looking blue

Personally I'd recommend Halo, by http://www.haloautomotive.com/ . I have the 7200K, and the light output is FAR better than Luminics (I say so because that's what I had before), FAR better visibility, and since it is mirror-coated, there's no ricey [IMHO] blue reflection when your headlights are off. Also, at least from the people I bought it from, this has a 2 year warranty where you can exchange it for any reason (providing you have the case and receipt)

I'm trying to put a bulb for my highbeam and which is also the day time liight thing.
I already have one that gives blue reflection when the headlights are off.
I actually want a bulb that gives blue light when it's on. xD

I've had really bad luck with visibility at night with blue tinted bulbs. Although I liked the look, I'm definitely not going back and using stock bulbs until I can afford HID's.

Itz just that I saw this accord with daytime light thingy on and it was blue
daytime lights are also the high beams riite?
I want to find a bulb that actually shines blue light when it's on.
I mean really really blue, not white
anybody know which bulbs are like that?

In Gen1 Solaras, it is the low beam, but then again it uses an H4 and therefore combined. For Gen1.5+, it is the high beam.

However, I would definitely advise against getting a pure blue color; ANY blue light on your car is seen as impersonating the vehicle of a police officer and you may be cited if it emits a pure blue light... One of my pals got in trouble for a blue reverse light, and I was stuck in traffic one day with the windows down, and drove by a stopped car where the cop was writing a ticket blue LED washer bulbs (and the ricerboy just kept talking and I got to witness him getting asked to have his car searched... What a dumbass).

Therefore, it's safe to assume that the person with an Accord would be a cop magnet, and you might be too if you put it on your car.

Really? That's usually not the problem for me. If you want something blue, consider what my brother had. He got 8k bulbs, they're amazingly blue, but look great! You can find them on ebay :).

how does Nokya's Artic white rank against Halo?
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.
