i like my graphite interior trim but is there anyway to upgrade to REAL carbon fiber trim? i think it will look awesome! has anyone done it?

as far as i know it go's over the original trim... try emailing the site to ask about installation instructions.

^^^ i think youre right. pretty sure ive seen alteast one gen1 on here with the cf kit. from what i remember it looked really good which is why i looked at that site to begin with.

There are similar kits on ebay. They are all 3M sticky tape that goes over the existing pieces. I wish I could get my hands on the SE Sport OEM carbon fiber pieces, the SLE fake wood grain looks pretty cheap.

oh no, that's really bad. i am only interested in replacement kits and these seem like the real stuff. i spent so much money buying this car, it would be foolish of me to mess it up like that.

Boy! I'm about ready to pull the trigger RIGHT NOW!! I want confirmation that this stuff is REAL carbon fiber... My motorcycle is sprinkled with CF, and I REFUSE to use FAKE CF...

(My '04 "fake" CF trim is not bad, thought.... but REAL DEAL would be better...)


Keep us posted if someone tries/hears more on this...

I'll do same if I purchase!

i emailed them if i can select multiple materials for the interrior becuase i think a combination of carbon fiber and brushed aluminum would look real nice.
