TRENZ GRILLES...here's the deal

You may have seen that I tried to get a group buy on the TRENZ GRILLES for Gen2, but couldn't get enough people. Anyway, spoke to my guy (Randy) @ http://www.RadToysCentral.com and he decided to make us an offer....here it is:

"Get on your forums and tell them that the first 5 people to buy the full grill and the first 3 to buy the lower grille will get their shipping refunded as a gift certificate in the store to be used on their next purchase."

Notice that this is not grille bars floating in air, but rather it is perimeter framed. Bottom grille is ore than top.

I finally got off my butt and ordered. Thanks for working it Joe. I'm sure I can figure out how to spend $60 there later.
Total w/ shipping is $523.76, but $463.50 when the shipping gets credited. That's better than the competition. (assuming I'm in the first five)

thats not even a deal, you end up spending more because you have to buy something else? If you look at the big picture your just better off buying it anywhere pretty much. And like that you just get a grill and not have to look to spend more money on something you really dont want

Please understand, I get nothing fromthis, and I am not a salesman for them. People say they are pricey for grilles, but look at the quality versus the lower cost ones. Also, as I stated, these are billet, etc.... that is expensive. Look at the cost of any billet product and you'll see my point.

As for not a deal, your logic is you still pay the same amount, granted. But the difference is you get the grilles and about $60 (approx shipping cost) worth of other material versus spending the same amount and getting only the grilles...sounds to me like a better deal, but that's just me.

Relax boys... I was gonna buy from him anyway. He's within $20 shipped of the unknown competition and he has them in stock ready to go. If I use the $60 rebate on shipping, great. But if not, no big. It's worth it to not work with some dufus on ebay and wonder if I'm getting the product.

As for the price, it is what it is. If the billet look is what you want, that's the price. Trenz is the only show in town and I applaud any shop that pays attention to the Gen2. They are so few.

I'll post pics and impressions of the install when I get them.
