well right now its still in the breakin in point so its not as loud as it should be but its has a low deep tone and im liking every bit of it, now i cant wait till i get my mafci system

i have that same one, just the full oval, not the slant one and it sounds AWESOME, just wait until you break it in :roll: It sounds great.

It's more of a deep hum rather than the loud annoying roars (which I hate, sounds like someone ripping a huge one).

You won't regret buying it :D

I installed mine last night too! Love the look. It took a half hour because I was out of WD-40, but still easy.

The sound is a deep tone at 0-2500 RPM, it tapers off until 3000RPM where you just hear engine. That would be perfect for a CAI so you would have deep low end and screaming high end. It doesn't rumble (yet?) but I do have to say it smelled pretty bad, probably from heating up freshly cut metal.

So you can drive it quietly if you want.

I did a burn out finally, maybe because it's cold outside, but I've never been able to spin the wheels before and I have the automatic. No brakestand. I'll try it again when it's warmer and the tires are hot.
