Well, the Camry's door is shorter in width than the Solara, because the Camry doesn't have to allocate space to make room for entry/exit of the rear passengers; they already have their own door. Also, vent visors only work for cars that have a window support (e.g. the top part of the Camry's window slides into a support when the window is up while the Solara is being held on its own), and for it to work, the vent visor has to fit within the groove, which again, the Solara doesn't have.
However, I don't know if they make it for the Solara, but for the Subaru WRX there's a way to change the top molding (since it has the same window configuration), but it doesn't flare out as much as the vent visors.
