I have installed hids on many cars but not a gen 2/2.5 but some parts are pretty straight forward to change the bulbs you need to pull back the rubber dust cover on the back of the headlight it looks like a rubber cap about 4in round once you remove that you should be able to swap out the bulb good luck dont touch the glass part of bulbs with your hands the oils from your hands can damage the bulb if by some chance you do use rubbing alcohol to clean them

yeah I just installed mine a few weeks ago. It took me about 45 minutes to do. There are a few tutorials on here as well. Basically, undo the battery, slowly twist-turn out the bulb (ever seen The Rock with Nicholas Cage where he's taking out the green stuff from the missiles? like that.). From there on out, it should all be pretty simple, because the wires should connect to your ballast directly, and then there are two lil metal ends, thats what you stick in the 'socket' lookin like thing where your bulbs used to be. find a place to ziptie or bolt on your ballasts, which should bend pretty easily (mine is under the battery for the driver's side) reconnect the battery, and voila!

that's the gist of it. again, look around at the other threads.. i'm sure they have some tutorials out there. if not, PM me and i'll go more into detail. :)

push windows down all the way till it all the way down and hold it for 4 sec then pull it up all the way and hold it again for like 4 sec. then test if the auto works again if not repeat it.
