Postby KSolara » Sat Sep 20, 2008 10:55 am

I installed a Xentec HID conversion kit about 5 months ago and one of the ballasts stopped working..
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy just the ballast and if i need to get one of their ballasts or just any generic one would work
only place i was able to find just the ballast was on amazon but its $50 when i payed a bit over $80 for the whole set

Don't quite have any answers for you, but I do have a set of working McCulloch HID's/ballasts that I removed from my car because one of the wires was frayed (and one of the bulbs had some stuff on it). I'll find some time to snap a few pics then you can determine if you can use the ballast with your bulb. They're just sitting around (for spare parts) so I wouldn't charge much... heck, just shipping may take it.

I'll try to get the pics sometime this week.

KSolara, since we got confirmation from Mark (krawzyazn), just pm me your address and I'll ship out one ballast. Shipping shouldn't be that much, so I'll cover it.
