Replacing non-heated outer mirrors withe heated
Yesterday I smashed my right-hand outer mirror with another car. He had no trouble, as his mirror just turned to the door. But the glass from my mirror was broken and fallen out to the road (thanks to Toyota's "strong" mirrors
).
I have 2005 SE i4, so I don't have heated outside mirrors, but I can order two glasses for the mirror with heating (rh&lh).
The question is - is it hard to wire these heated mirrors to the rear defogger button? I can see only three wires from the mirror going inside the door - these are for the mirror adjustment.
Has anyone did this before or has any ideas?
