Squeaking in after market wheels

I bought some 19" wheels a while ago from thealkimo from SG and they came as they were advertised and I love them. They make my car stick out from all the other white solara convertibles.
Anywho when I first got them installed they made this squeaking noise only when you turned the wheel and it was only the front driver side. I took it to tires plus where I usually go. The guy said it needed to be re-torched, he did that and rotated the tires.
They stopped but started again after maybe 3,000 + more miles. Now they are starting to squeak again.
What do you guys think it is?
