It's definitely badass and I think that it's going to make my life alot easier. Wasn't too steep, $379 from best buy. probably going to go back and buy the extra 4 year warranty for $50..

Immediately after turning it on, was very user friendly and all you need is basically a physical address and your golden..there are also points of interest including lodging, restaurants, and gas stations..

For any of you who don't have gps, definitely a good buy..

The problem with these is that they are easy to steal. I'd want to leave mine mounted, and it would just beg to be stolen.

soo true..i was contemplating either an in dash navi or the portable gps and in the end i thought to myself why spend so much on the navi because including the unit and installation, i was looking at between $1,500 and 2 grand...im just gonna have to hide it everytime i go somewhere. i figure my next car (not for another 6 or 7 years) ill just go all out and get the navi included.

Yeah, I was thinking of seeing if someone could install one in the cuby hole, so i could just close it. Only problem is it would be hard to see and use.

I would love it if they'd come out with a nav/satellite radio combo!

I got one of these last month and run with the TeleNav service on my BlackBerry Pearl - BlueTooth wireless, so no cords... just a little velcro tab for the dash whenever I wanna use it and it works great! ;)
