popping fuses when installing leds

Hey everyone, I've been having trouble lately trying to install led bulbs in my car. I'm trying to install this 25 led hyper white bulb i bought from autolumination.com for my front turn signals, but every time I turn it on after the install, a fuse would pop. I've used a load resistor and everything, but the damn turn signal fuse and stop light fuse keeps popping. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have a Gen 1 but maybe I can offer some info.
LED bulbs have polarity. (there are a + and - connector) whereas incandescent bulbs do not have polarity.
Get rid of the load resistor, it can be a fire hazard. It is taking the place of an incandescent filament so it can get really hot.
Get an electronic flasher that is load independent such as this http://www.superbrightleds.com/flashers.htm
The Gen 1 uses the CF13GL-02, I know it says for German, European but thats the one we need.
One other thing is, does it pop fuses with the original bulb in it?
Good Luck
