What kind of Springs to use?

I don't think you can say ONE is better than the OTHER as an absolute statement.

For example... that's like saying a SUPRA is BETTER than a SIENNA...

It depends. Are you needing a FAMILY vehicle? Do you drive in alot of FOUL weather? Do you have THREE DOGS and transport PASSENGERS to and from the AIRPORT regularly... Do you like to drive ALONE and FAST? Is mileage or acceleration more important to you?

Do you want the STIFFEST, BEST HANDLING, MOST ADJUSTABLE, LOWEST RIDE POSSIBLE without ride being TOO CRITICAL?

Do you want a MODEST DROP, improved handling, and retention of STOCKISH RIDE?

WHAT IS YOUR BUDGET?

....you get the point...

IMHO

that is very true. i'm leaning towards a 2 inch drop. i know it's asking for a lot to have it ride at stock quality though. but i want to at least try to get as close to it as possible.

I was looking into the tein coilovers though. It's just so expensive.

Considering the evolution of the Posh-mobile, you should find similar angles and put together an ainmated gif of all the looks. (to be read "send them to Jeff for processing") Gotta be 10 unique looks to that car.

Just go for an alignment after you're finished with the installation and you should be fine from then on.

I'm sure there would be, there is a limit to how far you can lower a car before you run into problems.

I think if you're going to do the springs, you're only going to drop, at most, 2 inches, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

My advice- Tell the shop you want a printout of your alignment specs; this way, you'll know for sure where it was before you went, and where it is when they're done with it. Some shops don't like to mess with camber, so you'll find out how good they are before you wear out the insides of your tires. If they say there is a problem getting it right, Tire Rack has these for the rear:

They are made to give more adjustment than stock, and 30 bucks a pair is a good deal IMO.
