OZ NOVA RIMS.... whaddya think?

I'd say that's a wise choice Crisp.

Me in my "infinite wisdom" going with the 18s with the stock rubber am having rubbing issues I just can't resolve. I need to go buy two new tires today that will actually FIT (dammit!) :x

I don't think I could ever go with less rubber than the 45s I have now - especially once I get stiffer COs - it's already a bumpy enough ride for my liking! ;)

Besides - if you lower that at all, it will still look fine.

You know you are only rubbing because of the offset... not because they are 18s... my 19s dont rub at all... and I am running 45 side wall in the rear (35 up front -- soon to be 40)...

I say that in my taste I dislike spider-like rims on round shape cars...but for performance - acceleration - you got a set of lightweight to move you faster then ever. How is the difference of a 5-6 pounds lighter wheels on our car ?? Just for an idea...how many fraction of second you think it may improves on the quarter mile drag race ?? The gearing of the Gen 2 tranny (dont know if it is the same for I4 and V6...anyway) have a pretty big first gear (for more torque power quickly) that don't last long before touching the redline....with your lightwheel it should take like 1 sec less to get to 0-25 MPH. Let share your knowledge ! :)

^^^ both you guys can see it in THIS thread...

BTW, the sig is courtesy of iinoktournalii... I think he did a nice job! :D

Sebas, I'll have to check... I may mount my G-tech, or whatever it is... and take some accelerometer readings. I need to find a scale and get an accurate car + driver weight to calibrate it first...

As far as handling, it's amazing (IMHO) but I am sure I'm feeling the COMBINATION of springs, drop, rims, tire spread change, contact patch improvement, etc... so it is difficult to say how much is JUST the rims. The rims ARE a little lighter, I could tell just holding them, but until I check the weight of the OLD rims, I don't know by how much.
