Yeah, that's a light cosmetic glare-reducing one, but it doesn't do much of anything, so it's best to go place a darker shade in it, and the difference is night and day.

Granted, it looks nice, but you'll want to check regulations on that too since there might be a limit on light transmission, but there is a line that says "AS1" in black on the driver's side. It might be OK in Cali where there are 2 signals at almost every intersection; 1 way high up close to the end, and 1 lower on the pole, but every one I see in Oregon are always high-mounted and usually hanging from a wire (damn near ran a few lights in my dad's PT Cruiser with CLEAR visors, mind you), so don't get it if you're in an area like that.
