i have a problem with my wiring to my passenger side headlight it keeps coming loose , leaving my light to go out. My car was in a accident along time ago and the autobody taped it up instead of buying a hole new wire and left me with the problem. Well i tried to fix it myself and noticed that the wire that connects rite into the bulb itself is ripped from the inside where the wire goes in the thing the bubl would connect to, i think by the filament if that wut its called i think not sure. So i dont thinks its not at all fixable, so i was wondering how do i fix it or wut is it that needs to be replaced? is it jus the for lack of better words the thing that holds the bulb or wut?

um... i'm guessing u meant ur socket is broken. the black box thing which connect to lightbulb. u can buy the socket at any auto shop. since solara low beam is using h11, not a popular socket, u might have to special order the socket.

go back and yell at ur bodyshop! they should know how to fix it without changing the complete harness, if it was only socket problem!

good luck~
