hi all, anywayz ive been readin in this forum for quite some time now, but ive just decided 2 register. just wanted to introduce myself n say hey. well i have me a 2004 se sport solara 5sp, but want i wanted to write n ask was, has any1 looked at puttin scion TC parts into tha 2az-fe motor, they run tha same motor n set-up and just askin to see if any1 have thought about it?....it should work or would it require some light mods, tha TC has mad aftermarkets parts for tha i4 motor, same block in tha tha 4 cycle solara. i was thinkin of tryin 2 drop in tha TRD supercharger they have for it... any comments n replys would help..hehe plz dun burn, no need for nasty comments :bday:

alot of members here that have the 2az-fe have thought about it and the talk has been out there. Also as you mentioned about the TRD S/C. its not released it.

BUt to answer your questions many of us are awaiting parts from the TC. But most parts that are released right now are not the right application that we know of.

hope this helps. Also i have the 2az-fe engine and is awaiting parts. But as of yet i have been unable to find anything that can fit as a bolt on.

ohhhh, thanxs for the info.. but y wouldnt it fit? like tha AEM intake they have available...

the AEM is a CAI, the front frame work is different and the fitment area is also diff due to the shorter body style on the TC. if you look at the pics compared to the TC and Solara, the Solara has alot more engine bay room.
