Does replacing the stock air filters w/ TRD high flow air filters help increase power? Or just forget it and make a shorter intake? I want CAI, but I heard stories about rain and stuff....

um.. i think some ppl talks about it in this forum b4... not sure...

yeah.. change to TRD is pretty good choice.
it really improve the performance without killing factory warranty.
CAI should improves even more than TRD, but i don't think any CAI is out in market for solara yet.
and i dont' really looking forward of CAI for solara.
not because they can't make it, it's cause the engine layout, i wonder if they is any COLD air for CAI to grab in engine.
i believe the factory intack piping is very good already...
so.. suggest u go for TRD
