And the reason i'm posting this is because when i saw the fog at approximately 4:30 am, i just had to go for a drive to test out the Hoen H11 and the All-weather H10s. These bulbs are freaking awesome. The low beams...I think i got the Xenonmatch plus...look exactly like HID's. The all-weather cut through the fog just like the sun. (OK, so im exaggerating but these bulbs are freakin sweet). Wow...i can honestly say that those 80 bucks were definately well spent.

Rohand: Good to know these work so well in fog (haven't had any fog in KY yet for me to test mine on).
I saw on the Hoen site that they will be selling Xenonmatch Vi 7 bulbs by late October. They describe these as follows:

"Using some components from the xenonmatch Titanium line the Vi 7 is optimized for projector lighting assemblies and operates at 70w. Available in H7, H11 and 9006. $69 USD per pair."

These are the first bulbs that I'm aware of that are available optimized for either projector (Xenonmatch Vi 7) or reflector (Xenonmatch Vi) applications. I think I'll check out a pair of the H11's when they become available. I wish Hoen would make some 9005 bulbs too.

I think I'll wait on those Vi 7s even though it does sound badass. I kinda like having my 9005s stock. I think they do a better job lighting (as far as high beams are concerned) than the aftermarkets. If you really want 9005s, the Silverstars are cool. My friend just ordered a pair of Silverstar H7s and H3s. I really wanna see how they look in person. Since i've been able to drive, i've heard rumors and fairytales of how the Silverstars are the best bulbs out there. I think the Hoens put up great competition.
