Dynamic tensioner problem/question

Hey guys anyone know if the dynamic tensioner ever needs replacing? I think the spring on mine is f-ed up cause my belt (new same TRD length), keeps vibrating and making more noise than when I first got it. That's the reason why I changed the belt that came with it (I bought it used). The new belt worked great for a few weeks and then the problem is slowly coming back again. I'm guessing I need a new tensioner, any ideas?

my belt also has some vibration and the rattle sound.

as long as you are still getting the full amt of psi, you are still ok.

i think some people have changed their tensioner before, but imho its not worth it until you really need to change it.
