S/C Hydralic Belt Tensioner

Can anyone tell me if these are still available for purchase?

I'm running a SC 1MZ in my SW20 MR2 and aren't overly happy with the tension on the belt and when I rang my local Toyota dealer (I'm in Australia) with the part number 00602-17620-365 to find out price and availability and they told me that the part number was too long and that they don't even list a SC kit for the 1MZ.

If they are no longer available what are people using in place of them??

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
