I'm in the works of installing the supercharger and I'm wondering what did you do to bend the A/C line ? I just don't want to force bend the line and break it or pinch it.

How much do you need to bend? I haven't seen the exact situation you speak of but I might recommend making small adjustments over several sections as opposed to a single bend. Take a look at a brake line bender. It's a hand too that bends the tube around a radius. This keeps the line from kinking.

Example: This is a tool for bending AC lines.

I need to bend the line that's comming out of the passenger side firewall. When I put the charger on, it sits right on top of that A/C Line. But that tool that you mentioned might just do the trick.

It just needs to be pushed a little to the side. Install everything and go from there. If it hits, push it, check again. It doesn't need to go far.

Do not bend it. Just pull it to the side. It is suppose to clear I believe. If not zip tie it out of the way.

if the ac line is too close to the supercharger pulley you should check your rear motor mount, it might be bad. it seems that i have to replace that every 6 months theyre to soft. if you have a strut bar youll be able to see the engine leaning towards the right.

I just went ahead and moved it slightly by pulling it. I also put a couple layers of thick two sided tape on the line where it rubs the S/C unit and havent had any issues with it so far.

Remember the engine mounts will still let the engine move a bit.
You should have a gap inbetween the two. Look for a shine or chaff on either of them.

what we did was u hold the ac line with ur right hand, with the cap in the middle between ur middle and index finger, and then slowly push towards the firewall, itll slowly bend it twards that.

Thats what the s\c install manual calls for and thats what the toyota mechanic i trust instructed.
