internal?

i've been coming to this site for a while now to get help for many things...i am currently working on a restro modded 67 fastback so i dont have much time or funding for my dd solara. It has a crap load of miles and i have always wanted to turbo charge it and i know that a custom turbo is not cheap (turbo charged my v6 mustang in high school). anyway it has not gotten to the piont that i will be dropping the turbo in yet but i was getting ready to upgrade the internals now since i have to break in the engine anyway...so since many of you have custon internal i was wondering where many got there work or parts from...i have search and only get forged this or custom that but no direction where to go or how to order...i know that forged crank, pistons and rods are needed but what about the bock, how can i get it bulletproofed...i have now accepted that the turbo may take some time to get since so much has to be upgraded but i love the was the solara looks and hate the fact that some little turbo craps pull up and i really cant do much so i see the upgrading the internals as a start...any help please...
