ok so...heres a pic of my pulley

Image

as i saw on the pulleyboys site, its suppose to be 2.5~3psi, not the 4psi that i thought it was.

Im gonna gun it tomorrow just to see what my max boost is, and what my pulley is putting out, but im pretty sure its around 3psi.

so on pulleyboys.com they have the 3.2" at 2.5~3psi, and a 3.1", 3.0" and so on.

i was wondering if i should get the 3.1" to be close to 4psi.

also, if i get the 3.1" will a regular pulley puller a shop has do the job or do i need something special?

just unbolt, use the pulleypuller, take it off, pop the new one in, slip the belt over and adjust the alternator to tension the belt correct? (i dont have an automatic belt tensioner)

don't know if the SAFC will record your Correction number, but was the correction ("Cor") reading something other than "0" when you got on it?

Mine adjusts based on throttle response/position. At idle, my correction varies from 3-4 and at full throttle, the correction goes up to 18, or there abouts.

FYI -

NEW TRD SUPERCHARGERS

http://www.toysport.com/New%20Products/ ... argers.htm

Keep in mind that boost is NOT just a factor of the pulley size. Air temp, air density, altitude and other factors all play a role.

It's best to use a pulley puller. DON"T beat the damn thing off as you will hurt something.
