Spark Plugs for boost- looking for a start...
Ive read the compendium of boosted solaras as well as some other threads on the subject, but I wanted to ask some of you boosted guys out there for some advice. I have purchased a supercharger so this isnt a BS thread, I just want to have everything ready and in great shape before I install the charger...
With that being said, lets talk spark plugs! The popular choices seem to be the Denso Iridium IK22 and the NGK Copper Performance Plugs. I plan to run 4 psi for the rest of the year, I want to know everything is done right and running well before I even think about upping the boost.
Can anyone give me a baseline plug to start out with? My other question is this: Is there a specific temperature or heat range plug that I need to buy? I was planning to order the IK22s just because of the number of people running them, but please let me know if there is anything else I should consider.
Thanks in advance for a point in the right direction guys
