Okay so i have be trying to find out where my sc'ed lara is now so i can buy it back and i talked to the dealership and they told me that they sent it to the auction because the supercharger was rattling when it idled and the bearing must be going out...hahahaha! that's funny, probably never seen a sc'ed lara before! so they gave me the name of the auction here in town where it went and said that is all they know! contacted the auction and they said that they can't give out info on where the car went but the dealer should know! what the crap is that all about! i have a repo friend of mine on the trail, but do you guys have any more ideas?

Talk to the auction people and tell them the dealership told me to call you. Simple...the auction people can't give more info than when its being sold (or if sold).

A case of sellers remorse... Hope you get it back, makes for a good story.

Guess they the stealership didn't know that all S/C 1mz-fe sound like there is a bearing rattling around. Although I think it can be quieted down by using a higher grade oil in the S/C nose.

the tech are retarded at that dealership.....it was just a slight rattle, nothing more than what the trd supercharger puts out new....haha! they said that they ran some tests on it and i asked what test? and they couldn't remember! haha

or maybe a bearing in one of the pulleys went...

In know that when I first installed my s/c, which was just rebuilt, the setup made the most horrible rattling noise as though the s/c was going to tear itself apart...but then I was pretty sure that the noise was coming from a pulley, so I checked them all and found one with a bad bearing and just replaced them all

now it just has the normal s/c rattle...haha

If the car was sold at auction, give the auction people your contact info and ask them to pass it along to the person that bought the car. Or go to the auction place in person and find a shady lookin guy and offer him $20 to find the info.

well wish me luck, i am going to go by the car auction tonight on my way home from work....hopefully they will feel sorry for me and give me some info on the whereabouts of my car......ex-car!.....hopefully future car!

UPDATE!
So i went to the car auction yesterday and they said that they couldn't give me any info on who bought the car.....but if the dealer calls, then they will tell them. so i have my salesman on it today (hopefully)! my repo expert said that all that he found was the most current owner was me, so maybe that means that a dealer has it, i'm not sure, but here's to hopen! i'm not giving up, seems like i get alittle closer everyday!

getting nowhere! talked to the dealership and they said that they'd "look into it" and that was last wednesday, haven't heard anything yet....stopped by there on sat and left the salesman a note to call me and still nothing...my family and i have bought a total of four vehicles from them over the past ten years and they can't take ten or fifteen minutes to sit down and look up some info for me? would carfaxing it help me out at all???
