well guys i am off to the dragstrip tonight! this will be the one and only time that my solara will be there! i hate beating on a car, but i really want to see how it will do against my brother's manual SHO! he runs low 15's and maybe high 14's if he hits everything perfectly! so i am going to go and run the car once maybe twice just depending on how the first run goes! i am going to do the vacuum bypass straight to the actuator just to see how that works out, because i want to stomp that SHO.....well wish me luck and i will update you guys on monday! :bday:

Man you are well tuned !! I think you'll put him in the dust ! Do the SHO have a lot of tuned parts ?

I will go to dragway at the end of the month...like you I never make it. I've receive some hints of an accustom guy at my job. He told me that the human brain react in 0.5 sec...so you can hit the gas when you see the last yellow light turn on (before it turn green). You'll have probably a good time !!! Let us know !

yeah the sho is pretty fast, but like most fwd cars it shines better from the roll...it has cai, chip, mustang maf, cowl hood, y pipe....so it will roll pretty good....i am just hoping that the vacuum bypass works well for me....i haven't tried it yet! tonight will be a first!
