I havent put the 9psi pulley on yet, but i used a stock replacement daaco polycog belt with the 7psi pulley and it worked fine and didnt slip at all.

and yeah the pulleyboys website says 3.4 but its the right pulley

i know that, but some say no you have to get a smaller one because you are very prone to slip around 6k.....either way, if i do get some slippage, what place carries the belt that i need?

The difference between the (3.2"-D) 4 psi. and (2.9"-D) 5.5 psi. pulley is about .9" in circumference (C=Diameter x pi or 3.1416)

The dynamic tensioner will make up for that (linear) difference and you should be ok. I have the same setup (5.5 psi. with stock 6PK2275 = 2275mm or 89.5" TRD belt) and no slipping at all.
