I saw your post on CarDomain, I'll just answer here. If you are only looking to run 6PSI, if you are careful, you can do that with stock internals. When I say careful, you need to do the right fuel mods to ensure you don't lean out, blow knock sensors and ring lands.
Walbro 190LPH pump from URD.
330cc injectors from trd4life (member here).
Apexi SAFC-II from eBay.
Fuel line upgrade kit from Jim@ForeignAffairs .
And probably most important, a good tune from someone that REALLY knows what they are doing.
Did I miss anything?
I'm not sure, you may be able to get away with the stock injectors @ 6PSI. My testing there wasn't very detailed, I upgraded quickly. If you can get away with the stock, your idle and tuning will be much easier. The further you go up in injector size, the more you will fight the stock ECU fuel map especially on the low end.
If you're really set on building the internals, be prepared to spend a lot of money. There is no 1-source to go buy a "build kit". No such thing for our car. You have to piece everything together, use parts from other applications, buy custom made parts etc, it gets very expensive. You can buy custom forged pistons and cm rods from Stoid Racing. From there you need a good engine builder who will just know the rest and get the right parts. If you really still want to go that route, I would strongly recommend Arrieta Motorsports for a build that would probably handle at least 400whp. If you want to go even bigger than that, talk to Brian Stoid of Stoid Racing who has made some serious horsepower monsters. I saw 1 of his 800+whp monsters in a magazine. -JoeB
