The only wiring involved is on the EBC and that is covered in the installation manual ... just make sure to use the diagram for auto.

Hey guys, i didn't really want to start another topic called "TRD question" so i decided to just ask in this one!
Since i'm a complete nOOb in all of this stuff.. What are the pluses of installing a TRD air filter, TRD exhaust? And what TRD supercharger would i need for my Solara '00 V6 (if there're different ones? any URLs would be apriciated!!) Basically maybe anything else i need to install with the supercharger?!

Depends on the Amount of boost your going to want the S/C to run..

5.5 psi is the max on stock engine internals. If you want to go higher, it will require a rebuild.

there is no set max psi on stock internals... I can't truley say that there is someone running more than 6 psi w\ stock internals taht doesn't have problems.. I ran 7 psi and it ended up needing a new engine

People are very helpful on this site, but a lot of this stuff has been discussed soooo many times, so brush up on the old posts.

If you are serious about the S/C, I think most will agree to upgrade fuel system first: pump, Jim's kit, injectors; plugs @ the same time. The y-pipe is the bottleneck in the exhaust so don't just do cat-back. Then, running 5.5 or 6 psi should be okay, for a while.

More and more Camry's/Solara's are parting out right now, so keep your eyes and wallet open.

There is an area right inbetween 6 and 7 psi where stock internals don't like it.. not sure where it was...
You can get low compression heads 2 if you want.... from Jim@foreign Affairs
