Not too sure how your car did it though- must be an anomaly. I've seen a number of of our cars at 5.5 psi running lean at the top with jim's fuel mod as well as a pump.
and I had forgotten as well...you said that you tapped the side of your block to relocate your knock sensors right? where was it again?
I'm personally not a big fan of the plate at the front or side of the front valve cover, but for most people, that's what it takes to work as well (i.e. asg14 tried to place his where mine is and his ecu didn't like teh readings)
I did it with the SAFC. I was REAL LEAN before enrichment. Take another look at the A/F chart..the TOP line

.I'm gonna add a tad more fuel in the 4000-5000 range to bring the A/F into the low 13/high 12 range. I have the A/F chart as guide, but I won't be checking the actual #s with a tune anytime soon.
Not sure if you were asking about my the KS location. I didn't tap any wholes....they're already right there! GREG (*TRDGREG*) made the custom aluminum block to fit there tapped with the right size for the sensor.
ah, I had thought you said that you tapped an existing hold on the block somewhere for the knock sensor relocation...I could have sworn somebody did that before...because that would be the most effective way to keep their functionality- if you just did the block of aluminum on the front or side of the valve cover, then that's a different story
again, I know that it works- I'm just not a big fan. I had tony make me up two of those blocks/plates back in the day. never ended up using them.
as for adding fuel up top- depending on what your %'s are already up there, adding on the safcII does not mean you're going to get more fuel. you've pretty much maxed out your fuel system at this point already.
If you add more fuel and feel the car start stuttering or running weird, scale it back to what they had set it on the dyno and then reset the ecu. Our ecus don't like adjustments of much more than 30%, and I'm guessing that your settings are probably pretty close to that already.
