im confident that a custom turbo setup could cost as low as $2500.
run about 6 psi. the ecu would be pissed though.
i can get the piping bent and welding done for cost of materials. turbos are cheap on ebay. under 450 bucks for a brand new T70. and the other little components included. probably HKS AFR, vacuum lines, BOV and flange, couplers,.... schit, throw in wideband o2.

turbo systems are more basic than people imagine. wether people want basic or not is another thing. people want real turbo headers. people want bolt on kits. i want cheap horsepower. schit... im broke.

True. Nuff said. Until someone makes significant progress in stepping up to do a turbo kit this topic is locked. I tip my hat off to someone who can slap a turbo on their 1MZ-FE motor.
