It's high dollar item. I'd be interested if it didn't cost 70% the total value of the car. I hope there are more guys interested though.

Also, the displacement of the charger only helps because the charger doesn't have to spin as fast to create the same amount of boost right? And because it is turning slower it will run cooler as well? And with the higher displacement the charger has higher boost capabilities right? Just for clarification.

I blew past the value of my solara a looong time ago. At this rate, it's a passion of love, not reason.

I think the best capability of the M90 over the M62 is displacement and power capability. For those with built engines, this is a nice alternative to having to do a custom turbo setup to make more power.

I bet the m90 will make the supra red top injectors feel like stock 1mz injectors lol....

at 7 or 8 psi of boost? it's very possible....but any setup that can max out those injectors on our cars mean that it can't be a stock block or tranny (if auto) either lol...that would easily be 400whp to max out those injectors

If this had been posted about a week or two earlier I'd be good to go. As it is, I just dropped my car off with Greg for a 5spd swap on the 9th. With the price of the swap and other mods I've probably bought the car all over again. And I bought the solara as a daily 'till I could get an M3

This kit is intended for guys who have done all the other bolts on and are sick of not being able to reach 300whp. With good tuning, octane, and a low boost pulley, 300whp reliably will be possible on the stock engine. As long as the car is kept up and in good condition of course. On a built motor we can crank this sucker up to 10-12psi and see 350+whp.

I dream of the day I have room and cash for a full build. If that time comes and this kit is no longer available I will build a turbo setup. This would be my first choice though, for sure. Is there any chance you guys could find a mostly or completely stock engine to test this on? It would be great to see actual test results on both a built, and a stock application.

IF your gonna run this on a stock engine you will be limited to an estimated 3-3.5 psi pulley (spike to 5-6psi) which will make 250+whp. you will need ALL major fuel mods as well as 93 octane, as well as a big exhaust .
