if you're looking for hidden power....then the leaner you run, the more power you'll actually get....

i went to the DYNO to retune and see wat the new pulley is giving me, i got good news and bad news, good news is my torque went from 185 to 197. BUT...my whp went from 174 to 177....minimal..

The reason they gave me is that my Catallitic converter is pretty much toast or is clogged or watever....check the dyno graph...it shows my dyno tuned 2.5psi and then now my 4~4.5psi tuned...u can clearly see theres a pinch in the power...

the pinch or bottleneck is right at 5.25K rpms.

My thing is that, if the cat was bad or going bad....wouldnt i get a Check engine light? we did get that "rotting egg" smell on a few runs.

Test pipe or a high flow cat and go with an o2 simulator. Seems like bottlenecks are your downfall

I think there's a post in the Tutorial section on installing the O2 Simulators for both gen 1 and gen 1.5

my bad, here is the graph with the A/F

Keep in mind, the dyno guys told me the A/F shows the numbers off by one point, so if its showing 12 on the graph, its really 11.

So its not my fuel pump(not a fuel delivery issue)

i learned from a member on here that it could be that my MAF is dirty? or wat not.

so ill check that out.

any other ideas?

and why is it that i started to smell the ROtten Egg smell after the first or second dyno run, and never smelled that before i came into the shop? i mean okay the car is moving when i drive it and maybe thats why, but on the way home, i also smelled it 1 or 2 times after taking off from a traffic light.

Dat's, call URD up and order the 02 simulator. They'll ask what kinda vehicle and when they send it to you it'll include directions. I suck at electrical but my friend did it for me and he figured it out in no time

Ooops sorry, meant to saw Dawgz. Close to my bedtime and just typing too fast. Anyway, ya, call URD up and order that 02 simulator. I've had it in my car for almost a week now and have put on close to 400 miles and no CELs
