Well, obviously it depends on the weight of the car. In the Camry, I would be totally satisfied with 400-450whp.

2,000lb. car - 250-300whp
3,000lb. car - 350-450whp
4,000lb car - 500-800whp

when i leave JMU, i wanna make a 400 rwhp s14. : ). swap either an sr20 or one of the sklyine motors (not 2jz tho, somethin diff)

and, i know ur running 7psi...are u auto or manual? and how are u running 7psi on ur stock internals?

Bro, if your ready to roll like that then put a different engine.
With the weight of the solara's and your added weight (rims, audio system, body kit etc) it would be awesome to be in the 400hp range.

250 - 300 whp is enough on the Solara/Camry. Fun to drive, surprise people with your power, but still driveable and reliable.

well i think im fine with my ~150whp now. but if i ever got a SC it would have to be at least 250whp...NO DOUBT!

do what 3 of my buddies did... swap a rb26 in a s14 loll all 3 cars are making betwween 600 to 700 WHP ... they are CRAZY !

The chart says 253 horses, but thats at the wheels. Compensate by adding 15% puts me at 290 horses in the engine.

My car is a manual. Stock internals for now, but soon to be upgraded.

at this rate id be happy with 200whp, with the auto, id liek to see 220whp. however, my ultimate power goals extend beyond my current car, and my current income :D .
