It's a nice day in NorCal today, I installed a new dynamic belt tensioner and
a new Dayco Poly-Cog (5060895 - 89.5" belt. The original set are ~ 3.5-years old (~ 40K miles). Remove the idler plate using a 8mm allen head socket.

While the upper cowl assembly (only on a Sienna) is removed, I installed the (Tacoma) TRD boost gauge that I had for a while.

I also installed a used 100-amp alternator that came from (32Kmiles) 01 Highlander (1MZFE engine).

Very nice, but while you were in there you should have also changed the oil in your supercharger. You can find the oil change kit here:

Yes, I did the S/C oil change last year at 30K miles when I replaced the stock pulley with 2.9"- 5.5 psi.
