you need a manual EGR tube and possibly a manual EBC, otherwise the components are the same.

Also the kit didn't come with a TRD strut tower connector, will the stock one clear the SC? all the sc'd Solaras I've seen have the taller bar.

Ill pm ya YESCA when I figure out what im gonna do about a manual tube, might have to do some cutting and welding to this one :P.

The stock strut bar will not fit with the S/C. You will need to find the TRD one. i have also seen people run without it. I don't think it is necessary to have one, but it is a good idea.

Let me know what you decide, good looking out.

no need for cutting egr tube, heres a solution that i have not reviled, between the egr tube and the engine block there is a plate the cools down the exhuast gases. replace that plate with an auto one and the manual egr will bolt up perfect. im running a auto egr tube with my manual trany.

after swaping engines in my car and trany many times you learn a few tricks, i am 100% sure this works, i did this a while back, and was too lazy to let anyone know this, the only differance between the two exhuast cooler is the angle. not sure what the name for this part is called, it has 5 10mm bolt i think.

when removing this part you have to drain the radiator fluid, that cooler also have a drain plug with a small tube fitting on it with a 12mm wrench(cant remember the exact size of the wrench 12mm or 14mm) loosen it and let the remaining radiator fluid drain.

Thanks for all the help guys, and after looking at the EBC manual it looks like the only diffrence between the manual and auto EBC is wether you connect the purple and white-blue wires together (if your a manual) or if you connect the purple EBC wire to a purple ECU wire and the white-blue to a blue-black ECU wire (for auto).

also the part numbers for the auto is apparently
00646-89661-001
manual its suposed to be
00646-89661-002.

Mine says
TRD EBC 89661-103 so ill just try and just hook it up as if it were for a manual and see what happens, if it doesnt work i might be in the market for your EBC greg

Mine was the 103 as well- I wasnt sure if it was meant for the sienna or something since my supercharger kit was for the sienna, but it worked on my manual just fine- functions properly. Part of me wonders if they revised it at some point to be compatible for both depending on wiring connections.

Either way, you should be fine. I remember freaking out because the wires werent quite the same as the instructions and the part number didnt match, but it worked fine in the end.
