We dyno'd yesterday morning and Va's best kept secret tuned "tabasco" at 14psi to 387WHP and 367lbs. of Torque. I'll have pics and videos of the dyno up soon.

We had 13psi on the TRD s/c and put out 282WHP with 287lbs. of Torque. After six long months the wait is finally over.

Congrats Rizal. Man what a wait. I am sure that with your manual transmission and the front wheel drive set up, your car is sick fast on the highway. I remember many moons ago talking with JB about the start of your quest, Joe thought 500whp once complete. I don't think you will get quite that far but if you go to 20 psi 450whp is in the cards. 525crank x .85 is 446whp
3300lbs / 525 crank is 6.28lbs per pony. Holy shite Rizal. Be careful with that much power on the roadways.

Look forward to hearing about you in some tuner magazine.
Have fun and take care~

WHAAATTTTT! That Solara is DANGER boy!

Almost 400 whp on a Solara. Let's see some V8s get whooped. That'll chomp all over some boosted V8s even, from a roll anyhow.

Let's hear it for tobasco. Send in your crap to Modified mag so you can get the cover and we cann all shove it in the haters faces and say "Stick that in your pipe and smoke it!"

HAHA can't wait for pics and vids, let's get em up!

Thats extremely impressive, but it also creates at least one other problem.
I dyno'd at 287WHP. My front tires break free *WAY* too easily. How are you going to compensate for that?
I'm strongly considering making my Solara a widebody just to squeeze in wider tires. That, along with some sticky tires, should be great for lightning fast launches.
What are your thoughts?

:o :o :o WOW!!! Now to figure out the Md state. (1996 and newer) emissions control/OBDII scan tool requirement for vehicle registration and you will own the street.

I had to make a major change in plans due to the same requirements here in AZ. :( Bummer, but they don't play at all with that emissions stuff here. It's either pass or park it.

Good Luck. 8)

No, :-? I'm saying one of the modifications I was going to do would have made it impossible to register the car so, I dropped that modification. Although not a daily driver, it still must have tags and insurance.

Read carefully.. :-?

Am I to think your turbo/super charged? Or just making a comparison between the two? Jon.
