hey, so we finally got that stupid stripped bolt out and now i'm getting ready to put the blower in. Will that stock bolt on the alternator (the one that goes all the way thru) work with the charger? Or do i need a new one?

The stock bolt will work fine BUT you have to have a 6lb pulley and a shorter belt than the one trd gives u. That way the belt tensioner sits forward more. With a stock pulley and trd s/c belt the tensioner will be too far back and hit the head of the bolt.

I suggest getting a shorter belt and smaller s/c pulle to clear the bolt head. OF course with a 6lb pulley you need a bigger fuel pump and fuel lines at minimum

5.5 pulley and a shorter belt works as well.

If the original (hex) bolt is long enough, it should work with the stock ( 3.2") pulley. The chance of the tensioner hitting the head of the hex bolt is in the event of a broken/severed belt.
6.0 psi pulley size is 2.8"
5.5 psi pulley size is 2.9"

Here is the picture of the belt and hex head bolt showing the clearance between them. I have the 5.5 psi pulley and stock size belt.

Here is the picture of the tensioner (no load) and the hole for the pivot bolt.
