Ill pm ya YESCA when I figure out what im gonna do about a manual tube, might have to do some cutting and welding to this one :P.

no need for cutting egr tube, heres a solution that i have not reviled, between the egr tube and the engine block there is a plate the cools down the exhuast gases. replace that plate with an auto one and the manual egr will bolt up perfect. im running a auto egr tube with my manual trany.

hmm what plate is this? cuz i fitted my stock egr pipe right on by heating it up. I didnt notice any plate. maybe this could explain why i keep getting the insufficient egr flow code

Part of me wonders if they revised it at some point to be compatible for both depending on wiring connections.

Either way, you should be fine. I remember freaking out because the wires werent quite the same as the instructions and the part number didnt match, but it worked fine in the end.

u wanna trade? i have the 102.

the plate is bolted on to the engine block, thats where you bolted the egr tube you heated.

First off, I apologize for the quality of this photo but it was all I had. This picture was taken directly under the cat looking up. The large white blob in the left corner is the tranny.

Greg, is this the plate you're referring to? Mine had an "M" stamped on it.

I finally found a diagram. It's #6 in the photo and it's called the "egr cooler." Unfortunately, the list price for the part is just under $220. This would be a nice junkyard find if you can get to it.

it might be cheaper to fit it if you cant find one at your local junk yard, i had an auto and manual engine egr cooler and swapped them out so it was free for me and the fit was perfect.

Oh, picked up an auto one from Toyota for $100, they happened to have one laying around without a buyer so we cut a deal.
