What is the highest PSI I can run safely with the aftermarket accessories available for our cars? I.e. 7psi with upgrading _____ fuel injectors, upgrade ____ fuel pump, etc. I.e. the highest psi with the safest setup.

10 psi on stock fuel system is the max...

but seriously, there is TONS of boost related info already on the site. IMO, dont run more than the stock pulley without upgrading your fuel pump, injectors, and a piggyback. the 6-7psi margin seems to be the area where things blow up. I wouldnt run more than that.
